Our Policies

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Return request raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product is unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Unboxing video and product images are provided as proof

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Size issues (unless it is a manufacturing defect)
• Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance

To initiate a return, the customer must:

• Contact us within 48 hours at hello@studiocarnation.in or via WhatsApp
• Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear product photos
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defect claims
• Return approval is subject to verification of the submitted evidence
• Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address

• Refunds are processed only after product inspection at our warehouse.
• Refund mode: Original payment method or Store Credit (your choice).
• Timeline: 5–7 business days after refund approval.
• UPI and Wallet refunds may be processed faster (1–3 days).
• COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your account details.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Delivery refused by the customer at the time of delivery
• Failed delivery due to customer unavailability (3 attempts made)
• Product lost or damaged due to customer's own handling post-delivery

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth.
• Delivery Information: Address, city, state, pincode, landmark.
• Transaction Data: Order history, payment method (not card details), order amounts.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, products viewed, time spent on the website.
• Device Data: Browser type, device type, IP address (for security purposes).

• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications.
• To provide customer support and respond to queries.
• To personalise your shopping experience and show relevant products.
• To send promotional offers and newsletters (only with your consent).
• To detect and prevent fraud or suspicious activity.

• We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption.
• Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure).
• Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers (Razorpay). We do not store card details.

• Razorpay — handles payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Shiprocket — handles shipment creation and tracking. Subject to Shiprocket's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudinary — hosts product images. Subject to Cloudinary's Privacy Policy.
• We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You can update your personal information in your account settings.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

• Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.

• Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including pincode.
• We are not responsible for failed or incorrect delivery due to wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Address changes after dispatch are not possible. Please verify your address before placing the order.

• Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
• Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
• Packages returned due to customer unavailability or wrong address are not eligible for a full refund — shipping charges will be deducted.

We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and Shiprocket network couriers. The courier assigned to your order is based on your pincode and best available service at the time of dispatch.
